These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and f300m ("f300m", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the f300m online betting platform, including any related websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the f300m Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to gamble in Indonesia and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. f300m reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited.
The f300m Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering an account, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and account use. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform from certain jurisdictions and to verify your location through IP address tracking, geolocation services, or other technical means.
To use the Platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify f300m immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. f300m shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) days may result in temporary account suspension. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. f300m reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions or suspicious account activity.
f300m accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet methods are typically processed instantly, allowing immediate account crediting. In rare cases, deposits may be delayed due to banking system maintenance, public holidays, or technical issues. If your deposit has not been credited within thirty (30) minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.
f300m does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, provided that your account is fully verified through our KYC process, you have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and there are no pending investigations or disputes related to your account. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents.
f300m processes most withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours, defined as 09:00 to 21:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside business hours or during weekends and Indonesian public holidays may experience longer processing times, typically up to twenty-four (24) hours. VIP tier members may receive priority processing with expedited timelines.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Standard accounts have a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah). VIP and high-roller accounts may qualify for increased limits. Requests exceeding standard limits require additional verification and may be processed in multiple installments.
f300m does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your receiving bank may deduct interbank transfer fees from the amount received. Express withdrawal services available to VIP members may incur a nominal processing fee disclosed at the time of request.
f300m offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, time limitations, game restrictions, and maximum payout caps. Bonus terms are clearly stated on the promotions page and must be accepted before claiming any offer.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, also known as rollover or playthrough requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 500,000 bonus means you must place bets totaling Rp 15,000,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Different bet types and games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements.
f300m reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, placing opposite bets to guarantee profits, or using automated systems to manipulate bonus terms. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and not subject to appeal.
All bets are subject to acceptance by f300m. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors, bets placed after an event has already started (unless specifically offered as live betting), or bets that exceed our maximum stake limits. Accepted bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), results are determined based on official competition results at the time of event completion. Bets on postponed or abandoned events may be voided unless otherwise stated in specific market rules. Casino games including live dealer games, slots, table games, and lottery games (togel) are governed by standard gaming rules provided by the respective game providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes are independently audited for fairness. Any disputes regarding game outcomes will be resolved according to the game provider's official game logs.

f300m shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from betting activity, technical failures, unauthorized account access, or service interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues without liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of f300m services shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
All content on the f300m Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation thereof, is the property of f300m or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
Any disputes arising from or related to your use of f300m services shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law, with the arbitration venue located in Jakarta, Indonesia. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against f300m.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. By using the f300m Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following identity verification and completion of any pending wagering requirements. f300m reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the Platform or other users. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation.
